Confirmation must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

Cancellation must reach us at least fourteen (14) days prior to date of function.
•
50% of the total amount will be imposed for cancellation made under fourteen (14) day’s notice.
•
All amendments must be made seven (7) working days before the date of function.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation
