FAQ for MyRewards Membership

question Q: How do I edit my personal particulars?
answer

Step 1: Log into your account at https://www.stamfordcs.com.sg/login/

Step 2: View your points at the top right hand corner of the page next to the “LOGOUT” button.

Step 3: Click on your name to go to your “PROFILE”.

Step 4: Scroll down and click “EDIT PROFILE” and update your particulars.

Step 5: Scroll down after updating your particulars and click “UPDATE” to save your latest update.

Tick “Email” & “SMS” to receive our updates on our latest menus and promotions!


question Q: How do I refer friends to earn 5,000 points?
answer

Step 1: Log into your account at https://www.stamfordcs.com.sg/login/

Step 2: View your points at the top right hand corner of the page next to the “LOGOUT” button.

Step 3: Click on your name to go to your “PROFILE”.

Step 4: Enter your friend’s email and click “SEND INVITATION”. Points will be awarded upon your friend’s successful registration.


question Q: How do I view and redeem my Stamford points?
answer

Step 1: Log into your account at https://www.stamfordcs.com.sg/login/

Step 2: View your points at the top right hand corner of the page next to the “LOGOUT” button.

Step 3: Click on your name to go to your “PROFILE”.

Step 4: Scroll down the page and click “REDEEM POINTS”, which can be found on the left hand side of the screen.

Step 5: Click on the “REDEEM” button to redeem your desired vouchers. Physical vouchers will be mailed to the address provided in your profile while e-vouchers will be credited directly to your account under “MY VOUCHERS”.

You may use your e-vouchers under “Step 4: Payment Details” of the ordering process where you can select your voucher for use under the “VOUCHER” category.


question Q: How long do my membership points and vouchers last for?
answer

Membership points expire within 2 years from issuance date. eVouchers will be valid for 6 months upon redemption. Physical voucher will be valid for a minimum of 3 months.


FAQ for G.E.M Membership

question Q: How do I create a supplementary account?
answer

Yes, supplementary accounts under the same parent company are available. This allows you to chock up points and spending under the same account to maximize your savings! To apply for supplementary accounts, simply write in to membership@stamfordcs.com.sg.


question Q: How do I update my company’s profile?
answer

Step 2: Click on your company’s name to go to your “PROFILE”.

Yes, both vouchers and discounts may be enjoyed at once. However, discounts are not valid with other existing promotions.
