FAQ for MyRewards Membership

question What is MyRewards?
answer MyRewards is a specially crafted loyalty programme launched on 04 July 2017 to thank our household customers for their constant support for Stamford Catering’s services. Save on your next buffet order with MyRewards!


question Who is eligible for this programme and is there any cost to join?
answer Any new/existing household customer who orders/had ordered Stamford Catering’s buffet is automatically enrolled into our MyRewards Membership programme. The MyRewards membership programme is a lifetime membership and is free to enroll in.


question What are the benefits of joining as a MyRewards member?
answer MyRewards members are entitled to:

  • 10 points for every $1 spent (before GST) on ecommerce orders
  • Exchange of points for e-vouchers to offset total buffet catering bill
  • Exchange of Stamford points for our partners’ vouchers
  • Member-exclusive promotions and invitation to members-only events
  • Early bird booking of our festive menus


question Can I transfer or combine points to another account?
answer Unfortunately, transferring or combining points with another account is not possible.


question Do I get points for offline orders (e.g. phone, email)?
answer Unfortunately, points are only awarded for ecommerce orders. Should you need a special request for your ecommerce order, do note it in the “remarks” column upon making your order online.


question Do I get points for my past buffet orders?
answer Points are only awarded for ecommerce transactions after our MyRewards Membership launch on 4 July 2017.

question What is G.E.M?
answer G.E.M stands for “Get Easy Moneyback” and is a thoughtfully crafted loyalty programme launched on 4 July 2017 to thank our corporate clients for their constant support for Stamford Catering’s services. Save on your next buffet order with G.E.M!


question Who is eligible for this programme and is there any cost to joining?
answer Any new/existing corporate customer who makes a corporate buffet order is automatically enrolled into our G.E.M Membership programme. The G.E.M membership programme is a lifetime membership and is free to enroll in.


question I am an existing corporate customer and have purchased corporate buffet for my company this year. What is my entitlement?
answer Do officially sign up as a corporate member by entering your business registration number under your account. The issuance of points and clocking of annual spending for the tiered discount programme will only start upon your first purchase after entering your business registration number. Should there be any discrepancies, do email us at membership@stamfordcs.com.sg.


question What is the tiered corporate programme?
answer The tiered corporate programme allows organisations to enjoy instant discounts off their total bill after hitting a certain spending amount. The annual spend will be calculated from the start of the first purchase using the G.E.M member account, and upgraded/downgraded the following year on the same day. The corporate tiers available are:

  • Topaz – annual spending of $9,999 and below (0% discount)
  • Ruby – annual spending of $10,000 – $29,999 (5% discount)
  • Sapphire – annual spend of $30,000 – $49,999 (7.5% discount)
  • Emerald – annual spending of $50,000 and above (10% discount)

question Can I use both my vouchers and enjoy my corporate discount through the corporate tiered programme?
answer Yes, both vouchers and discounts may be enjoyed at once. However, discounts are not valid with other existing promotions.


question Can I have supplementary accounts?
answer Yes, supplementary accounts under the same parent company are available. This allows you to chock up points and spending under the same account to maximize your savings! To apply for supplementary accounts, simply write in to membership@stamfordcs.com.sg.


question Do I get points for offline orders (e.g. phone, email)?
