SG60 Grand Lucky Draw Promotion

1. Eligibility

This lucky draw is open to all customers who:

• Sign up as a Stamford Catering member (with marketing communications enabled); and

• Make a successful purchase from 14 May to 22 August 2025.

• Ensure that the event date for their catering order falls within the period of 14 May 2025 to 22 August 2025.

• Only purchases made directly through Stamford Catering’s official website, or customer service channels only if they are existing members and face issues checking out online are eligible. (Orders made through third-party platforms are not eligible.)

• Ensure that they are logged in as a Stamford Catering member at point of placing the order.

 

2. Lucky Draw Mechanics

• Each eligible order grants 1 automatic entry to the draw.

• Multiple entries are allowed — the more orders placed, the more chances to win!

• Eligible members will automatically be entered into the lucky draw based on their qualifying purchase(s).

• Each qualifying order entitles the member to one (1) lucky draw chance.

• Orders placed before 25 June 2025 will qualify for both the June and August draws.

• Customers who win a prize in the June draw will not be eligible for the August draw, even if they have additional qualifying entries.

• Stamford Catering reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the stated conditions or are deemed fraudulent.

 

3. Draw Processes & Prizes

• A total of 64 winners will be selected across two separate randomised electronic draws:

• First Draw: 32 winners will be selected on 26 June 2025; and

• Second Draw: 32 winners will be selected on 27 August 2025.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable.

• All employees and its subsidiaries of Select Group are not eligible to enter the draw.

• Winners will be announced on the website on this page and/or Stamford Catering’s social media platforms.

 

4. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be notified via email or phone by 30 September 2025.

• Prize collection must be arranged within 30 days from notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

 

5. Publicity

By participating in this lucky draw, participants agree and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Stamford Catering for the following purposes:

• Administering and conducting the lucky draw, including verifying eligibility and contacting winners;

• Publicity and promotional purposes related to this lucky draw, including the announcement of winners on Stamford Catering’s communication channels (e.g., website, social media, and email communications);

• Photographing winners during prize collection for the purpose of public announcement and promotional use;

• Sending marketing and promotional messages regarding Stamford Catering’s products, services, events, and future promotions via email, SMS, phone calls, and other channels;

• Other related administrative and business purposes.

Winners will be required to collect their prizes in person at 24A Senoko South Road, Singapore 758099. If they are unable to do so, they may authorise a representative to collect on their behalf by providing a written authorisation letter and valid identification. Stamford Catering reserves the right to photograph the prize collection process, and such photos may be used for publicity purposes in connection with the lucky draw.

Stamford Catering will collect, use, and disclose personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its own privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.stamfordcs.com.sg/privacy-policy/ .

Participants have the right to access and correct their personal data, and to withdraw consent to the use of their data, by contacting Stamford Catering at membership@stamfordcs.com.sg. However, withdrawal of consent prior to the conclusion of the draw will render the participant ineligible.

 

6. Personal Data

• By entering the draw, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for purposes related to the campaign, in accordance with Stamford Catering’s privacy policy.

 

7. General

• Stamford Catering reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.

• Stamford Catering reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend the lucky draw at its sole discretion.

• The decision of Stamford Catering in all matters relating to the lucky draw is final.
