*Please note that layout variations are limited to our pre-designed thematic templates. Structural changes to the underlying photobooth board framework or multi-colour modifications are not supported.

Which menus can I add this Disney theme package to?

The Disney-themed Decoration Package is uniquely designed as an add-on and can only be requested alongside our valid, eligible Baby Celebration (Baby Full Month/100 Days) or Kids Party Menus.

What equipment will the buffet line be served with?

To ensure a flawless look, our photos display premium upgrades. Your buffet line setup will be safely delivered with our standard warmers and commercial cambros. Premium food warmers and aesthetic water dispensers are available as separate optional top-ups upon request.

What if my event venue does not have enough space for the photobooth?

The 3 display panels and celebratory balloon installations require adequate flat space to be safely mounted. If your home or venue has limited spatial capacity, kindly inform our team during booking so we can adjust or exclude the photobooth panels from your order ahead of delivery.

Can guests keep the plush toys, decorations, or display panels?

No. All thematic setup properties, including the plush character toys, backdrops, pedestals, display boards, and fabric buntings, are the exclusive rental property of Stamford Catering. Our team will carefully collect them back during line teardown. Guests are welcome to keep the themed paper tableware, treat boxes, and balloons!

Terms & Conditions

  • The Disney-themed Decoration Package can only be requested and scheduled for eligible Baby Celebration or Kids Party Menus.
  • All thematic elements, character displays, props, and backdrops remain the exclusive operational property of Stamford Catering Services. Applicable repair or replacement fees will be strictly charged to the customer for any loss or damage to thematic property.
  • All thematic setup items will be systematically collected back by our operations team when they return to clear the standard buffet lines, food warmers, and catering equipment.
  • Additional top-up fees apply for the optional theme-stylised template vinyl name sticker customisation on the photobooth board. Customisation outside of our provided template options is not permitted.
  • Actual setup colours, brightness, and shades may differ slightly due to varied digital monitor resolutions, smartphone screen displays, or lighting conditions at the venue.
  • Stamford Catering reserves the right to replace thematic table skirting with alternative fabrics of a similar tone or shade due to sudden stock unavailability on your scheduled event date.
  • Images and setups shown are for illustration purposes only. The package will be fulfilled with standard high-quality warmers and cambros unless premium warmer upgrades are ordered.
  • The management of Stamford Catering reserves the absolute rights to amend, alter, or cancel any terms and conditions governing this theme promotion package at any time without prior notice.
