Yes, absolutely! All 5 of our curated visual themes are completely free of setup or decoration fees when you book an eligible wedding reception buffet package with us. Only standard corporate logistical and transport fees apply.
How do I book my preferred theme?
You can specify your preferred setup theme choice during your initial consultation or layout confirmation with our event professionals. Please note that themes are secured on a first-come, first-served basis matching operational schedules.
Can I mix and match decorative elements from different themes?
To preserve visual harmony, high production standards, and efficient logistical turnarounds, individual items from different theme profiles cannot be swapped out or crossed over.
Can I keep any of the flowers or decorations after the event ends?
All decoration items, props, sign boards, backdrops, and artificial floral installations remain the sole property of Stamford Catering and will be collected back during teardown. If you require premium fresh floral solutions that guests can take home, please contact our teams for custom upgrade paths.
